MKS is growing & looking for the perfect person to join the team as a Social Media & Marketing Intern. This opportunity will be for any college student located in the Memphis/Collierville area, working on a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Public Relations or Photography.

As the Social Media & Marketing Intern you will be focused on creating content & managing the upkeep of all MKS Photography’s social media including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Website + Newsletter. You will be assisting Mary Kate on some exciting upcoming projects. You will also have the opportunity to assist at photo sessions & weddings.

There will be an 8-10 hour minimum of required work a week. This position requires the individual to be creative, self driven and have a respectful, go-getter attitude. Should have an outgoing, fun personality & be able to interact in a respectable manner on social media. Other duties include maintaining the blog & assisting in content creation of social media copy.

Work experience is not required for this position. A knowledge of Photoshop and other Adobe programs is a plus! The Social Media & Marketing Intern will gain a deeper knowledge of ShowIt, Lightroom, & MailChimp. They will receive hands-on experience in photography, email marketing, social media & public relations. There is a possible opportunity to grow with the company. This internship will begin the week of January 27th, 2020. It is a paid internship, $8/hour.
