I am a hybrid film and digital luxury fine art destination wedding and portrait photographer! I am also a bosom friend, a Mama to my little boy Mark, and married to my childhood sweetheart, Ben. Yes, we have known each other since we were in kindergarten!
I am a lover of handwritten notes, art museums, European architecture, coffee, old book shops, fashion, Long Island ice teas, and experiencing new cultures. I feel most at home in a city or curled up on my couch watching the BBC Pride and Prejudice, Friends, or a Harry Potter marathon while sipping on a cup of Earl Grey tea. My brand is very much inspired by classic English literature -- Pride and Prejudice mostly, and my love for travel.
I am a self taught photographer who, ever since I could walk, has had a camera in hand documenting all the beauty of what I saw and felt. In 2011 I began to capture the life events of family and friends, and before I knew it my business had been born. Now, with more than ten years of experience and constant learning, I photograph weddings and events all over the Southern United States, New England and the world.
Out of all of the elements of this business, the one I cherish most is building meaningful relationships with my clients. My hobby has now turned into a passion to serve my clients and friends; while providing a boutique experience that you deserve to have on your day.
One of my goals for your wedding is to capture your day with a photojournalistic style and the creative inspiration of a fashion and editorial photographer. With dreamy film tones, my style is relaxed, romantically editorial and timeless, while also commanding attention.
I love to learn about you, your story, and what you cherish about each other. This allows me to really capture your personalities in your photos. I love to share in your joy and celebrate with you. I am very lucky to do what I do and would love the opportunity to serve you.
I enjoy capturing your family portraits just as much as styling your beautiful invitation suite. I love capturing the in-between moments shared amongst guests, family, friends and each other that you might not notice. The importance of wedding photographs can never be overstated. My goal is to provide a gallery of carefully curated images that will stand the test of time, and will be what your children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren will look at one day. When a couple chooses me to photograph their wedding, they are entrusting me with one of the most important day of their lives. They have trusted me to capture their memories and tell part of their love story.
