The Chapter House | Cape Cod Inn and Wedding Venue

Recently, I visited and stayed at the beautiful Chapter House, an idyllic Cape Cod Inn and wedding venue! Adorned with heavenly hydrangeas, garden roses, butterflies and a luxurious green lawn, this historical Victorian Inn dates back to 1716. Just a short drive to many beautiful beaches and one of the largest Inns in Cape Cod, the Chapter House is the perfect place to say your nuptials in the New England area. This gorgeous boutique hotel offers 21 rooms in the main house and 10 deluxe rooms in the carriage house. The four-season porch and charming bar adds a wonderful touch for hosting your celebration! Walking and staying on the grounds, I fell in love with what the Chapter House offers. It is a place of quiet tranquility, simple intimacy, and romantic moments. Fresh, homemade pastries and coffee invited me to enjoy a peaceful start to my day each morning.

Furthermore, I pictured what a Chapter House wedding might look like! I envisioned a white welcome party soiree on Friday evening, followed by luscious floral Saturday afternoon wedding ceremony out on the lawn. The ladies would be wearing floral sundresses and gentlemen would be in blazer jackets and loafers. In the background, Cape Cod cottages and Victorian homes create an idyllic scene for a New England wedding. A cocktail hour would be held up on the patio under twinkle lights just before a painterly New England sunset would set the stage for a four course al-fresco dinner down on the lawn. An easy Sunday morning sendoff brunch followed by a stroll along the beach would complete the weekend -- a wedding weekend I would love to attend or photograph!
